Card #1

Card #1 with Spellbinders Seahorse & Sand Dollar Etched Dies

For the first design, I used the Spellbinders Seahorse & Sand Dollar etched dies and a Happy Birthday die from Simon Says Stamp. In addition, I used Scrapbook.com Pops of color in Seafoam and Clear on one of the designer series papers.

Stampin’ Up Waves Of The Ocean Cards #2 & 3

Cards #2 and #3 are basically the same except for the colours in the background and the sentiment. I stamped the birds and the sentiments from a Paper Pumpkin kit (“Here’s To You”). The focal point is the junk boat die from Frantic Stamper, which really fits the theme.

Card design #4, with Frantic Stamper Junk Boat

Since the junk boat looks so good with the paper, I used it again for Design #4. For this card, I used a stitched circle die to create a frame, which gave the card a bit of dimension. I also added a few sequins to accent the card.

Card #5

Card #5 with Nellie’s Choice Romantic Birds die

To show you how versatile this paper is, I used Nellie’s Choice Vintasia Romantic Birds die on the yellow side of the DSP to create card #5.

Card #6

Card #6 with Spellbinders So Many Butterflies dies

You may not think this DSP would go with butterflies but it does! Here, I used Spellbinders So Many Butterflies and Petite Floral Potpourri dies with the Calypso Coral side of the DSP. I also blended Stampin’ Up Calypso Coral ink on the card front to match the DSP.
