Arrtx metallic acrylic markers come in 12 shades in this set. These are brush tipped, waterbased markers that dry down to a waterproof finish, just like the Simptap markers I previously reviewed. However, unlike the Simptap markers, these don’t require shaking or pressing any valves. The set comes in a sturdy box, making this a …
Arrtx Simptap Acrylic Markers are the brand‘s latest offering with some improvements from the typical acrylic markers. These are still activated by shaking them. However, unlike the traditional acrylic markers where you need to press on the nib to get the paint flowing, each Arrtx Simptap acrylic marker has a valve top where you press …

Hi, friends! I live in Ontario, and see Mont Marte art supplies at HomeSense, Winners and Marshalls all the time. For the most part, they are not anything to write home about; you generally get what you pay for. However, as a watercolourist who wants to try out gouache, I didn’t want to splurge on …

First of all, this is a pad, …

I have amassed all of these in various sizes, and added one more to my collection: the triangle brush. Also called the triangle wedge brush, this is yet another specialty brush for florals. If you …
What’s better than a gnome on a card? A gnome with a cat! The Spellbinders Gnome Drive collection has a Halloween set, which I cannot resist. If you are looking for gnome themed Halloween card ideas, I have also made treat tags too! I bought the dies on Amazon.ca for about CAD$15, which have since …
Hi, friends! My Stunning Watercolor Skies review would have come sooner had the book not been sold out on Amazon despite preorder! Thankfully, Chapters has stock and I was able to get a copy. I have been enjoying the projects so far. If you are like me, no longer a beginner but leaning toward intermediate, …
